All Claims, those that are actual or potential, should be reported to Aon as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the member is made aware of an actual or potential claim.

A Pro Bono Program
To reduce the risk of civil claims or disciplinary complaints against Occupational Therapists, Aon Reed Stenhouse, in co-operation with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists and your insurer - Novex Group Insurance, have arranged for a pro bono summary legal service to be provided by Bell, Temple, Barristers & Solicitors. Bell, Temple will arrange for the appropriate referral to legal advice in provinces other than Ontario.
Bell, Temple, Barristers & Solicitors will provide confidential advice by telephone to all Occupational Therapists participating in the Professional Liability insurance program. Bell, Temple, Barristers & Solicitors will provide advice on the questions regarding potential civil claims or disciplinary complaints.
Please be prepared with the following information:

- Your policy and certificate numbers
- A concise summary of all relevant facts
- Your specific question or concern
