Our Office package provides optional coverage to CAOT members who currently purchase Professional Liability insurance.

Commercial General Liability covers your (individual or partnership/corporation) legal liability to third parties imposed by law for bodily injury and/or property damage arising from your premises or business operations. This coverage is highly recommended if you have a clinic, offer services in your home or offer services at other locations.

Property Insurance covers your business contents in case of fire, vandalism, theft, etc.

Crime Insurance covers you for employee dishonesty, interior robbery, exterior robbery, money order and counterfeit currency and depositor’s forgery. If you have a contract with a Community Care Access Centre, you are required to purchase this coverage.

To apply for coverage, please download the application posted below and once completed, fax or mail the application and payment to Aon.
