Make a Claim
If you get treatment for being sick or injured and you need to use your insurance to pay the bill, you will need to follow a process that is called "making a claim."
Claims under this plan are handled by OneWorld Assist. They will provide full assistance when you call them toll-free at 1-800-663-0399.
If you go to the clinic, or see a doctor because of a sickness or injury you will be asked to pay the bill. Please obtain original, itemized receipts.

Please be sure that you put your policy number, your date of birth, your name and your trip dates on the claim form, along with your signature. You must send the original, completed claim form along with original, itemized receipts (not photocopies) to OneWorld Assist and they will arrange to pay you. You should send the form and receipts as quickly as possible after you receive treatment so they can pay you before you leave Canada.
